the location was excellent near historic sites and near the bridge. i could walk to what i wanted to see. i compliment the staff who were very friendly and helpful!!! the room was comfortable.

fresh options attentive staff
The breakfast included several fresh options (I particularly enjoyed the pastries). The location proved convenient with easy access to key sites. I found the staff attentive to requests. The hotel had elevators, a great help with luggage.
The room lacked a full-length mirror.

great location, some small issues
river proximity airport transfer packed breakfast
the hotel is close to the river. many restaurants surround it. staff offered to make a packed breakfast since i left early. the hotel organized a transfer to the airport and it cost a little more than a normal taxi.
i wasnt keen on the bathroom door. it was a sliding one and didnt give much privacy. the pillows were also too soft for me. these are items that could be better .

excellent toiletries packed breakfast convenient service
The staff made a basic packed breakfast for my early departure. They also organized the airport transfer. It cost only a few euros more than a regular taxi. Toiletries provided were excellent. The hotel organized a transfer to the airport at 06:30, a very convenient service.
The bathroom door was sliding and did not provide much privacy, though this was a minor inconvenience.
